Coating floor method

Withstand harsh usage conditions such as "food factories," "pharmaceutical factories," "warehouses," and "kitchens"!

The deterioration of floor surfaces within facilities not only worsens workability but also becomes an ideal breeding ground for mold and bacteria, posing significant hygiene issues. As a result, there are many cases where this is pointed out by regulatory agencies such as health departments. Our construction method strongly supports hygiene measures within facilities by maintaining a safe and clean environment and enhancing the durability of buildings. 【Our Special Construction Method】 The most suitable flooring material for sites with strict usage and construction conditions, such as food manufacturing facilities. This method compensates for the shortcomings of "water-based rigid urethane resin." *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

When troubled by mold growth or salt damage: Examples of flooring installation in the seafood industry.

I was struggling with mold issues when I heard about the Eucrete method from a trading company representative and decided to adopt it.

We would like to introduce a flooring installation example by Asahi Coating for the seafood industry. The seafood industry often involves working with flowing water, making it difficult to keep the floor dry, which leads to a high risk of mold growth. Additionally, due to the high salt content, salt damage is also likely to occur. To address this, we adopted the "Eucleet Method," which is highly resistant to chemicals and can withstand the harsh working conditions of the seafood industry. While our standard method also offers excellent chemical resistance and helps suppress mold growth, we have an option to add a mold inhibitor for particularly poor usage conditions. **Results** - Adopted in seafood-related environments with no windows and poor ventilation, there has been no sign of mold growth even after about four years. - Regarding salt damage, areas with bare concrete deteriorated quickly, but after the Eucleet installation, there have been no issues at all. **Image Descriptions** 1st image: Newly constructed soup factory in the ramen industry. 2nd image: Indoor fish processing facility with no windows at all. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
